Delivery Information

Mcare Computers strives to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Here are our delivery policies:

1. Shipping Locations: We deliver to locations across Maharashtra. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.

2. Delivery Time:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Orders can be delivered within 2-3 business days for an additional fee. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of products.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders above INR 50,000. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied.
  • Express Delivery: Additional charges apply based on the weight and destination of the order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier’s website.

5. Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Certain items, such as software, opened consumables, and personalized products, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at mcarecomputers9@gmail.com or contact@mcarecomputers.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package to the provided address.

3. Return Shipping Charges:

  • If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy:

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
